ANOTHER HO-HUM DAY IN PARADISE

ESTES PARK, COLO. – At the base of Rocky Mountain National Park sits the small town of Estes Park. With a population of about 5,862, this mountainous town offers beautiful views and historical attractions like the Stanley Hotel. Though this is a tourist destination for many, the one thing that makes this town so special is the people. From local business owners to retired families, this community provides a sense of belonging.

“Estes Park means beauty to me: the beauty of the mountains, the beauty of the wildlife, and the beauty of a small town where people willingly help one another,” resident Chris Mullady said. On various occasions, the people of Estes Park have proved that. From the 2013 flood to the war in Ukraine, the community welcomed anyone and everyone with open arms.
